"My house needed a completely new roof, I looked around and got four or five bids from roofing contractors. I'm convinced roofing is a racket, all the roofers I got bids from seemed way overpriced so I asked my neighbor who he used, he gave me Ziam's number. I called Ziam and he met me the same day and gave me a bid for roughly half of what the other guys were quoting. I was a bit hesitant but decided to take the risk. I can't believe this guy doesn't have more Google reviews, he was amazing. Once I called and told him I wanted to use him for my roof he said he could be there in two days. Two days later he was at my house with a full crew at seven in the morning. His guys worked hard and were very efficient, they worked all day until seven each night and finished my entire roof in three days including tear off, new plywood, and shingle replacement. The work was top notch and Ziam was great to work with, he even stuck to his bid price despite some unexpected items that came up during the roof construction. I would highly recommend Ziam to anyone looking for any type of roofing need, I've found my roofer for life. Keep in mind, Ziam has a very thick accent and is hard to understand on the phone. Get past that and he's a great guy to work with, such a rare find in the contracting world."
